Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active jago23 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending balances pending investigation.
All transactions on jago23 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per channel.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific rollover multiples, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Misuse of bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the jago23 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. jago23 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.
2.2 Residency. jago23's services are directed primarily at individuals residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and maintain an account on the Platform. Access from certain other jurisdictions may be permitted at jago23's discretion, subject to applicable local laws.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any guardianship, judicial supervision, or legal incapacity that would render this agreement unenforceable against you.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a jago23 account: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) persons located in Prohibited Jurisdictions; (c) current or former employees of jago23 or its affiliated entities and their immediate family members; (d) persons who have been permanently self-excluded from the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on jago23 at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture following investigation.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify jago23 immediately via live chat or email at if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jago23 will never request your password through any communication channel.
3.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. jago23 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances after providing reasonable advance notice to the Member's registered email address.
4.1 Verification Obligation. jago23 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Members may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at jago23's discretion during routine compliance reviews.
4.2 Accepted Documents. Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months; and documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required.
4.3 Withdrawal Hold. jago23 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is successfully completed. Any balance on an account that cannot be verified to jago23's satisfaction may be suspended pending further investigation or returned to the originating payment method where feasible.
4.4 Data Handling. All KYC documentation submitted to jago23 is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored with 256-bit encryption and accessed only by authorized compliance personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. jago23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels are subject to change; the current list is displayed within your account's Cashier section at all times.
5.2 Currency. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jago23 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Any funds received in a non-IDR denomination will be subject to conversion at rates determined by jago23, with any applicable fees borne by the Member.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected or held pending clarification. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are determined by the selected payment channel and displayed at the point of deposit.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the jago23 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. jago23 reserves the right to impose a maximum daily withdrawal limit based on account tier and verification status.
5.6 Deposit Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your jago23 account are lawfully yours and are not derived from any criminal activity. jago23 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit at its discretion.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jago23 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games and markets on jago23 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Games contributing 0% to wagering requirements are excluded from bonus play. Specific contribution tables are published in each promotion's terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's account automatically. The standard validity period for welcome bonuses is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
6.5 Abuse and Misuse. jago23 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be abusing promotional offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk, and exploiting obvious platform errors in bonus calculations.
6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Members may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Deposits made while a bonus is active may be subject to the existing wagering requirement before any new bonus is credited.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. jago23 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the bet was placed after an event has already concluded; (b) the stated odds or prices were the result of a manifest error; (c) the bet is suspected to be part of a coordinated match-fixing or fraud scheme.
7.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 on a strong market favorite — jago23 reserves the right to correct the error and settle the wager at the correct odds, or to void the wager entirely and return the stake. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that deviate materially from the genuine market price at the time the bet was placed.
7.3 Sports Betting Markets. jago23 offers betting markets on international and domestic football including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League; bandar bola (football bookmaker) Asian handicap markets; mix parlay (accumulator) betting; badminton; basketball; volleyball; MotoGP; and e-sports including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire. Market availability is subject to change without prior notice.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at jago23's discretion. Bets placed after the triggering event of an in-play market has occurred (e.g., a goal being scored before the bet is confirmed) may be voided. In-play settlement times vary by market and sport.
7.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games available on jago23 — including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and slot titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator systems. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jago23 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any betting losses attributable to platform errors, delays, or inaccuracies in displayed odds.
11.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, jago23's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Betting Losses. jago23 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from wagers placed by Members. Gambling involves inherent risk, and the Member accepts sole responsibility for all wagering decisions made on the Platform.
12.1 jago23 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept jago23's Privacy Policy.
12.2 jago23 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. Data is not sold to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
